The last couple of days I haven't really had much to tell about here. We have just had the normal... go to work or school, chores, sleep... and do it again. However, the weatherman is going to give us a break this weekend and we are going to get SUN! Not just sun but warm weather too. In fact, we are going to have a BBQ at the church tonight at NewHeart! First of the season.
Last year here in the Pacific Northwest was a bust as far as summer goes. It was a cool summer... and we are feeling it. Everywhere you go one can hear how happy they are to see the sun finally out. Everyone is light hearted and they are wearing summer clothing even when they really shouldn't be. They are sort of jumping the gun, so to speak. The weather is only in the 60s. But when one is happy, who cares!
I will be able to tell you next week what we did this weekend on our sunny weekend! Have a good one yourself!
